How much will it cost?

It depends on the problem, but you'll always get a fixed price agreed before any work starts — so there are no surprises. Small fixes are exactly that; bigger jobs are quoted clearly. The first assessment (the Free Site Check) costs nothing.

How fast can you fix it?

Many common issues are sorted within a day or two of agreeing the work. Urgent problems like a hacked or down site are treated as a priority. I'll give you an honest timeframe up front rather than an optimistic one.

What if it turns out it can't be fixed?

I'll tell you straight, early, before you've spent money chasing a dead end. If a rebuild or a different approach is the smarter move, I'll explain why and what the options are. Honesty saves you more than false hope.

Will you make it worse?

That's the real worry, and I take it seriously. Where it matters I work on a staging copy, back things up before I touch anything, and test the whole site after the fix — so the change is controlled, not a gamble.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes — there's an optional monthly care plan covering updates, backups, monitoring and priority help, for owners who'd rather not think about it. It's optional, though; plenty of clients just need a one-off fix.

Where are you based?

I work remotely with businesses wherever they are, and I'm glad to help local businesses near me too. Almost all website work is done securely online, so distance is rarely an issue.
